Beginning Tuesday, March 8, 2022, our Desktop and Mobile Banking platforms will have an upgraded look and feel, along with enhanced features, including but not limited to:

Password Management & Identity Verification
- Re-set your own password.
- Choose 2-factor authentication via text, phone call, or code on the Authy app.
Profile Management
- Change your Username
- Change your Password
- Change your Dashboard Greeting
- Upload a Profile Picture
Device Management
- Check when and where specific devices have accessed your account; de-activate at your discretion.
- Manage external app and website permissions that can access your account.
- Approve connection requests for Intuit desktop products for Quicken.
New Alerts

New Account and User alerts can be enabled for in-app, email and/or text notifications.
Account Management
- Mask certain accounts or transaction activity.
- Order and re-name accounts with ease.
- Add Tags, Notes & Images to specific transactions.
Conversations

Easily point to specific transactions and message our team through your desktop or mobile app. This feature is not a real-time chat, however, it simplifies communication to the Bank, since you will not need to call or email us outside of your desktop or mobile platform (unless you want to)!
