    • Re-set your own password.
    • Choose 2-factor authentication via text, phone call, or code on the Authy app.
  • Profile Management Profile Management
    • Change your Username
    • Change your Password
    • Change your Dashboard Greeting
    • Upload a Profile Picture
  • Device Management Device Management
    • Check when and where specific devices have accessed your account; de-activate at your discretion.
    • Manage external app and website permissions that can access your account.
    • Approve connection requests for Intuit desktop products for Quicken.

    New Account and User alerts can be enabled for in-app, email and/or text notifications.

    • Mask certain accounts or transaction activity.

    Easily point to specific transactions and message our team through your desktop or mobile app.  This feature is not a real-time chat, however, it simplifies communication to the Bank, since you will not need to call or email us outside of your desktop or mobile platform (unless you want to)!
